Are there any startup fees for the website design?
No. The design is included in your monthly rate, so the monthly rate is the only thing you pay.
Will there be other fees?
No. Our plans include everything needed to build, launch and maintain your website. You pay your quoted monthly rate and nothing else.
How long does it take to build my website?
Every project is different, but on average a website is live within one to two weeks. It goes faster when you send us your business information promptly.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No, we do not lock you into a contract. Keep in mind that a website is a long-term investment and results build over time.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. If you are not happy with our service within the first 60 days, we release you and refund all payments.
Will my monthly rate go up?
The rates we quote are not introductory offers. We guarantee your monthly rate stays the same for at least two years.
Can I change my plan later?
You can move up to a higher plan whenever your needs grow. Moving down is only sometimes possible, so if you are unsure, start on a lower plan.
Do you use templates?
Yes. We start from designs that are proven to generate leads and customize them with your branding, location and information.
How do I pay?
We accept the common credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Your payment is taken automatically each month.
How many leads will my website bring in?
Nobody can honestly promise a number. What we can say is that the higher plans include more SEO work, which gives you a better chance of ranking well and getting more inquiries.
